Scot and Cynthia have managed Mission Bell Trade Winds RV Resort for many years.

Their desire to be closer to Mexico, where they actively participate in different outreach initiatives, brought them to the sunny Rio Grande Valley area. The resort has been a top destination for retirees for many years and they enjoy packing each year with plenty of memories with their guests. Many guests continue to come back every year because of their dedication to making the resort a fun and inviting vacation spot.

Shirley Maxson

Life has thrown me great, crazy and emotional experiences. I’ve been Married for 38 years. We have raised nine children. Owned a business trying to sell Coffee to Mormons for over 12 years. Traveling and living on the road as missionaries for 11 years. And now working for RVH for the past 3 years. Those emotions are all in my bio. But, I think the most challenging experience is the Internet.

In her spare time, she enjoys exploring the Rio Grande Valley, learning new things, and spending time with her family and friends.
